Job Summary:

  • Job Purpose: The Senior Media Buyer plays a pivotal role in driving client success through strategic planning, comprehensive reporting, and effective communication. The incumbent should possess expertise in crafting marketing strategies, generating innovative ideas for new campaigns, and maintaining high performing campaigns while discontinuing low-performing ones.
  • Job Importance: This role directly impacts our clients’ growth trajectory, and, by extension, the growth and success of SEO ORB. The Senior Media Buyer is the driving force behind delivering exceptional results to our clients, which further strengthens our reputation as a reliable digital marketing company.
  • Job Significance: The Senior Media Buyer has a wide-ranging influence within the team, guiding junior media buyers, and contributing significantly to the shaping and implementation of client strategies. This role is central to the functioning and performance of the advertising department.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Devise strategic marketing plans tailored to client goals
  • Oversee the efficient functioning of conversion tracking
  • Supervise junior media buyers and aid their professional development
  • Regularly engage with clients to align on goals and provide performance updates
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates to maximize client success
  • Responding to client emails and ensuring effective communication
  • Crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans
  • Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Monitoring campaign performance and conducting regular optimization
  • Maintaining efficient conversion tracking

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Google Ads
  • Overall Qualification: Google Ads Certification preferred


  • Comprehensive expertise in Google Ads and its correlated technologies, with an ability to optimize campaigns for best results
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capacity, coupled with adept problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Profound knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager, capable of generating actionable insights from data
  • High proficiency in data management and manipulation tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proven operational and management capabilities, capable of overseeing complex projects and teams
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting critical deadlines
  • Robust client communication abilities, adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to deliver concise and insightful performance reports
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of client performance on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal campaign performance
  • Expertise in keyword research for optimal ad targeting and reach
  • Ability to craft compelling and engaging ad copy that enhances brand messaging and customer engagement
  • Track record of meeting project timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability in nurturing and fostering professional growth among junior team members
  • Proven capacity for generating innovative ideas that contribute to campaign success and business growth
  • Experience in systems improvement, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in workflow and processes.


  • Understanding of market research and analysis

  • Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Writers’ Gen, Google Search Console, and Google My Business

Working Conditions:

    • Start Time: 10.30 AM
    • Finish Time: 7.30 PM
    • Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week
    • Lunch / Tea Breaks: Multiple tea breaks and a half-hour lunch break
    • Travel Hours: Commute should be within 45 minutes to an hour
