Job Summary:

• Job Purpose: As a Senior WordPress Web Developer, your primary role is to ensure the smooth running of client websites. You will work closely with our team to design new landing pages, create websites, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Job Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of websites for clients in various industries.
• Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites while focusing on mobile-first design and responsive layouts.
• Test websites for functionality across browsers and devices; troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise.

• Client Management: 

• Coordinate with high-value clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Collaboratively work with clients to create, revise, and maintain an appropriate website design that aligns with their branding and meets their marketing goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to address any questions or concerns.

• Search Engine Optimization:

• Apply SEO best practices to increase website visibility and improve search engine ranking.
• Collaboratively work with SEO specialists to integrate SEO strategies into website design and development.
• Regularly review website content and structure for SEO optimization.

• Ads Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate and manage ads within the websites.
• Design and implement tracking systems for online marketing activities, and collaborate with teams to measure and optimize ad performance.

• Mentor and train junior web developers, helping them to enhance their skills and understanding of best practices.

Qualification:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Experience: At least 6 years of work experience as a WordPress Web Developer.
• Overall Qualification: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of website architecture, and an ability to effectively communicate and liaise with clients.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and website analytics.
