Technical SEO Developer

• Pay Grade: This entry-level position offers a salary range of 12,000 to 15,000 INR.
• Reporting Person: The Technical SEO Developer will report directly to the Senior Web Developer.
• Shift Timing: The standard working hours are from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm, factoring in multiple tea breaks and a half-hour lunch break.

• Location: This role will be located at our New Alipore, Calcutta office, with the potential for a mix of remote and in-house work as circumstances dictate.

• Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure our clients’ websites are free from any technical or SEO-related issues. The Technical SEO Developer will optimize on-page elements effectively, boosting the site’s performance and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Executing basic setup of WordPress websites
• Crucial plugins: RankMath SEO and Link Whisper
• Performing on-page optimization tasks
• Tools used: Ahrefs, Writerzen, SE Ranking, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO
• Assisting in the setup of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Conducting preliminary keyword research utilizing Google Ads Keyword Planner
• Working collaboratively with junior and senior SEO Developers

Overall Qualification: Familiarity with the suite of tools SEO ORB uses, including Ahrefs, SE Ranking, SEMrush, Surfer, and Google Analytics, is a plus. Certification in Google Ads or Analytics would be advantageous.
